A lowcost, non torture related way of gathering intelligence. A win-win situation is uncharted territory for the CIA. The wives of the warlord are probably not getting a bit of sex on the side. The consequencies in Afghanistan are a little more severe than in "The Bold and Beautiful" or a similar soap where a bit of remorseful handwringing will fix things. Hey, has anyone in the CIA thought of offering Viagra to the wives for information.
