Comments like Mr. Clement's: "This is about more than science" when the studies he commissioned reported favourably on the work Insite does, were death knell for anybody with ears that were listening. I doubt the current government will be satisfied until they've exhausted all avenues of appeal on this issue - and I hope Iniste and its supporters have the wherewithal to go the distance. They're going to need a lot of help in the days to come with legal costs - its not cheap to go to court. I hope someone, somewhere has thought of that and has set up a defence fund for them.
