The best way to combat the spread of HIV is to educate the public about the true effectiveness of condoms in practice not in theory. Kindly show us the evidence that condoms are 98% effective in preventing the transfer of the HIV virus. Elizabeth, almost total reliance on condoms is as ineffective as near total reliance on restricting sex to marriage and all homosexuals converting to heterosexuals.

The best way to combat the spread of HIV is to educate the public about the true effectiveness of condoms in practice not in theory.

Kindly show us the evidence that condoms are 98% effective in preventing the transfer of the HIV virus.
